You approve before production

We send a preview and include one revision round so you can correct likeness, colour, crop, background or personalisation before approval. Once you approve, the artwork becomes the production specification.

Produced after your approval

Once you approve the artwork, it is produced, quality-checked and prepared for dispatch. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one parcel.

30-day issue guarantee

If something is wrong, we will make it right

Report damage, a production defect, a missing part, an incorrect item or a material mismatch with the approved preview within 30 days of delivery. Personalised items do not need to be returned unless we ask and cover the return cost.
