Our Story

Made by people, not an automatic checkout

Pet portraits are personal. A missing marking, the wrong eye colour or a changed expression can make the final piece feel unlike the animal you know. That is why every order receives human review and why we send a preview before printing.

We include one revision round so you can ask for practical changes before approval. Once approved, the artwork is released for personalised production.

Prepared for your destination

Orders are produced and prepared for delivery using the production route best suited to the destination, product and current capacity.

This helps shorten delivery times where possible. Multi-item orders may be produced and dispatched in more than one parcel.

Clear about custom products

Personalised products cannot be restocked or resold, so our policies are explicit: you can change or cancel before approval, but change-of-mind returns are not available after production begins. In return, our 30-day issue guarantee covers damage, production defects, missing parts, incorrect items and material mismatches with the preview you approved.
