Some cookies are set by VOOVZ and others are set by service providers acting for us or, in limited cases, as independent providers.

• Strictly necessary: required to provide the cart, checkout, account login, security, fraud prevention, payment flow, regional redirect and basic site functionality. These cannot normally be switched off through our site because the service would not work.
• Preference: remember choices such as region, language, cookie selections, recently viewed products or display preferences.
• Analytics: help us understand visits, pages, devices, errors and conversion performance. We may use Google Analytics 4 or another analytics provider when enabled. Analytics cookies are optional where consent is required.
• Marketing and advertising: may be used to measure campaigns or show relevant advertising across other platforms. These are enabled only where the relevant tool and consent process are in place.
• Support and communications: may allow a live-chat, email or customer-support tool to remember an active conversation and prevent repeated messages.
• Security verification: Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary browser storage or similar technology to distinguish people from automated traffic when the contact form is submitted. Turnstile is designed to run invisibly unless an interaction is required.

Depending on the features enabled at the time you visit, providers may include our ecommerce platform and hosting infrastructure, payment providers such as Stripe or Airwallex, analytics such as Google Analytics, email and customer-support tools, and advertising or social-media platforms. This list is illustrative and may change as we update the site.

Payment and identity providers may set their own cookies when their secure checkout or wallet flow loads. Their privacy and cookie notices apply to information they control.

• Session cookies expire when you close the browser or after a short period of inactivity.
• Persistent cookies remain for a defined period, such as 30 days, 6 months or 12 months, depending on their purpose.
• Security and fraud cookies may be renewed when you start a new checkout session.
• Analytics and advertising cookies are retained according to the provider settings and your consent choices.

• Use any cookie banner or preference centre shown on the site to accept, reject or change optional categories.
• Use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies may break the cart, checkout, account or region features.
• Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails to stop marketing messages; this does not remove necessary site cookies.
• Use device privacy settings or industry opt-out tools to limit cross-site advertising where available.
• If you clear browser storage, your cookie choices and saved preferences may be lost and will need to be set again.

We aim to honour legally recognised opt-out preference signals where required. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardised, so we may not treat every DNT signal as a universal opt-out. You can still use the controls described in this policy or contact us to exercise privacy rights.
